Windows 7 Cpu Keeps Spiking
I'm running Windows 7 64-bit Intel i5-2500k EVGA GTX 590ti I'll check back here every few minutes if you have a question just ask and I'll update the question. What are some reasons it could be doing this? It wasn't doing it when I first built it about a month ago. Whatever program is opened or running, no matter what it is, keeps spiking the CPU. this contact form

Well, it does that anyway, but for a much longer period if I am opening multiple pages. Fixing this is easy. Usually the CPU drops to 0% activity, even when running chrome and background programs & games, but sometimes it will jump to 100% or something ridiculously high randomly. No soliciting of any kind.
