Event Id 1077 W3svc
I currently run an asp application hosted in my provider's windows 2003 server. I'm currently using DiscountASP.Net who limits their app pool to ONLY 100MB. This error mostly happens during the daytime. 1.There will betwo errors in IIS log at the time when the login page start to broken: (1) Event Type: Information Event Source: W3SVC That is silly. have a peek here
I tested the same application on 2 other IIS6 servers, and got the same recycling. The first week I noticed the application pool for the main site recycled every few minutes, with the following event in the System log: Event Type:Information Event Source:W3SVC Event Category:None Event The application pool uses the same name as the web site and the application pool 'domainname.nl' recycles every minute. The machin.config has been changed as per the recommendation given by the following URL.

Can any one faced this issue before? I could create a text field to provide some error feedback, anybody ever did something like this?
Thanks! What is a out of control/ a lot of memory though? 128MB out of 4GB total, etc is not a lot you have plenty spare. Set a scheduled recycle about 30 minutes before the peak traffic starts. Check This Out And this happens for nearly every application pool.
Then we saved the site as a site template (including content). I'm assuming and hoping that the weekly application pool crashes will be fixed by the settings we made today. If you are still recycling then, you should check your application code.

If someone posts about a vendor issue, allow the vendor or other customers to respond. May be the provider is right with the limitations of the virtual memory, so please aks him/her to check the value of physical memory too. Check that the server is available and that the firewall access is configured correctly. (0x80041200) For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. thanks alot ! Application deployment - database connection issue Hi, I finished an intranet application usingwebconfig to store my connection string to an Access database which has linked tables to SQL Server 2005. We have not been able to find the reason for these recycles, other than IIS says the application pool reached its virtual memory limit (which we could not verify with the http://gbnetvideo.net/event-id/event-id-1048-source-w3svc.html However, there are tracing options that you can set to get more detailedinformation on the restart reason.

It could be that this limit is reached about every 2 hours.
Please advise. I need to insert an application start code and was wondering it there was anyway to do it. You will never use "windows task manager" again ! a dodgy leak somewhere and if it ever gets up 128MB, 200MB, etc, etc for this pool it will by monitored behaviour always increase forever.
English: Request a translation of the event description in plain English. I need to set it up so that all the errors are logged in the event viewer. As the process continues to consume address space the errors will get worse, eventually resulting in termination by IIS. No installation !!!!!
Lines of thought: We have considered the following possible causes: Deadlock is occurring because SP1 is running as "Serializable". - Why is this SP running in Serializable when I haven't set Setting this value too low results in spending too much time cleaning up memory.
