I had 4 DCs with Active directory Integrated DNS servers set with 127.0.0.1 as the preferred DNS server and no secondary in their local TCP\IP properties. This could be a timing issue. You should either setup forwarders on your DNS server to point to those, or use root hints. the second dns has the first dc as preferred dns and itself as secondary. weblink Microsoft .Net 3.5 is required.
