It might work to remove :dev-dependencies and "-master-SNAPSHOT" suffix in project.clj. The dependency seems to be broken. I tried this suggestion and it removed the error from pom.xml. It works in all my colleagues'computers. Maven do not scan your projects in eclipse target folder.
