Your system is likely compromised, the overide setting in the security center is the least important. When I checked the registry key's value with regedit, I found that HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusOverride was set to "1", i.e. It is up to you to determine whether this represents a problem to be addressed or just a notice of the current value of the registry key, since in some cases This was due to a Spybot update in late July.

Several functions may not work. If you have intentionally set them this way, then you can safely right click and tell Spybot to exclude them in future scans.
