Your system is likely compromised, the overide setting in the security center is the least important. When I checked the registry key's value with regedit, I found that HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusOverride was set to "1", i.e. It is up to you to determine whether this represents a problem to be addressed or just a notice of the current value of the registry key, since in some cases This was due to a Spybot update in late July.
Several functions may not work. If you have intentionally set them this way, then you can safely right click and tell Spybot to exclude them in future scans. I do NOT trust MS to notify me if Norton is disabled, I want Norton to do that instead so I have the notice on the Windows Security center shut OFF. But Spybot will detect the changes and report that the registry settings are different from the expected defaults in its database which are set to show the Security Center alerts are Zach T. SPybot will detect this but it doesn't mean your system is infected, it only means your firewall was set to override, not neccessarily by any malware. I check to fix it but it is still there the next time I run a scan.

In that case, when Spybot reports the setting during its scan of the system, uncheck the box next to it, before clicking on "Fix selected problems" in Spybot.
